YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIRD PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MAY BE REQUIRED FOR YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Additional grants and/or restrictions may apply to certain Third-Party Software as and to the extent specified in the licenses referenced in the list of Third-Party Software appended below. The terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to such Third-Party Software. The Software may contain software applications licensed from third parties (“Third-Party Software”) and the term “Software" includes such Third-Party Software except when referring to Dolby’s ownership or other specific rights. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, you may not copy, distribute, prepare derivative works, publicly display, or make any use of such content without Dolby’s express prior written consent. Any content displayed by or accessed through the Software belongs to the respective owner and is protected by copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. Dolby and its suppliers own the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Software. The Software is protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property laws and treaties and contains trade secrets of Dolby and its suppliers.
Waves Tune Real-Time is part of Waves’ family of vocal pitch correction plugins.Dolby reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.
